Hellenic American University is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) and operates two instructional locations: one in Nashua, New Hampshire and the other in Athens, Greece.

Athens Campus

The Athens Campus is located in a walking distance from the Acropolis, the Parliament, ancient Greek and Roman agoras, and the first modern Olympic stadium. The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America and Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros offer 10 scholarships for summer and semester study abroad in Athens, Greece at Hellenic American University. Study in Athens to earn advanced placement or transfer the credits to your home university!

Study abroad programs

Each year we welcome individual college/university students for a semester or summer program. Students may take any of the undergraduate General Education courses, and any core or elective degree course at their level of study. All credits are automatically transferred to the home college/ university. Follow the link to find out our course offerings.

- Passport copy

- Official transcripts

- Personal statement (explain your academic background, financial, and your involvement in the Greek Orthodox community)

- Letter of recommendation from your priest or leader of your home community
